If you like to keep your drinks cold like I do you probably have a YETI tumbler. YETI tumblers are both functional and stylish. It is pretty clear that YETI makes the most popular tumbler on the market. When YETI introduced colored tumblers they became even more popular.
YETI tumblers come in two different sizes. The smaller 20 ounce tumbler is about the size of a Tervis tumbler. The 30 ounce tumbler is about the size of a large soft drink cup from a fast food restaurant; you know the ones with the skinny bottom half and the larger upper portion. The reason the bottom of the 30 ounce YETI tumbler is skinnier than the top is so that it can fit into cup holders. I would like to take this moment to thank the YETI designers that thought of this. The designers at Hydro Flask did not think through their designs.
So both the 20oz. and 30oz. YETI tumblers are designed to fit into cupholders in cars. Unfortunately they do not fit into the cupholders of any car. The cup holders in some cars are a little too narrow to fit YETI tumblers. Some Jeep Wrangler owners may want to know whether or not YETI tumblers will fit in their cup holders.
Will a YETI Rambler 20 OZ Tumbler Fit in Jeep Wrangler Cup Holders?
The 20 oz Rambler Tumbler is the smaller of YETI’s two tumbler models. If you own a Jeep Wrangler and have a YETI Rambler 20 oz tumbler, or are interested in getting one, I have some good news for you. The 20 oz YETI tumbler does fit in the cup holders in a Jeep Wrangler.
The fit is a little snug but it fits in just far enough to where it is secure. It won’t fall out just driving around town or down the highway. I can’t promise you that it will stay in when you are doing some serious off-roading or mudding.
Will a YETI Rambler 30 OZ Tumbler Fit in Jeep Wrangler Cup Holders?
The YETI 30 oz tumbler is probably the most common of the two tumbler sizes. This thing feels big in your hand. When you are holding it you may think it is way too big to fit into a cup holder. If you drive a Jeep Wrangler and are curious whether or not the 30 oz YETI Rambler Tumbler will fit in your cup holder the answer is yes. Despite it’s size the larger YETI tumbler does fit in the cup holders in a Jeep Wrangler.
Just like the 20 oz YETI Rambler, the 30 oz rambler does not reach the bottom of the cup holder, but it is secure. You kind of have to jam it in to make sure it is locked into place and won’t tip over. The 30 oz tumbler is a little more top heavy than the 20 oz, but if you push it down it will be fine.
